I received a facial here and the lady giving the facial was lovely. I enjoyed my facial and I very much enjoyed my time here. However the spa it self is pretty run down and could use more cleaning regularly. The ceiling in the jacuzzi room had things hanging from the ceiling and the paint is peeling off. Not a great look. Took my mom to the spa for a deep tissue massage and it was a great experience from start to finish. The check-in staff was super friendly, professional, and attentive. My mom absolutely loved her massage. The masseuse was amazing and really helped work out the tension in her body. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-run spa!
Located at the riviera in Palm Springs. Which is a nice hotel first time there. The spa was nice the workers there were helpful and as soon as I walked in they knew my name explained to me the details and took me back to get changed. Locker room was nice stocked and cleaned. I did have trouble with the locker but that’s me and codes. The steamer wasn’t working for another women but the worker immediately took her to another once the situation was approach.
