During a recent road trip, I looked on Hotels.com and found The Andreas Hotel in Palm Springs. The selling point for me was that it said it was an Adults Only hotel. As an adult recreational Cannabis Smoker, I respect children and non-smoking people’s rights to not breath my smoke air, so the idea that I could enjoy a relaxing evening in Palm Springs with my husband and not have to look over my shoulder was the deal maker for me. Hi Sandra! Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. Sorry your experience wasn't to your expectations. However we do point out ahead of time to all of our guests that we have a very strict no smoking policy. This was listed in the policy you signed at check in. Despite your warning from Cassandra, your room had a strong lingering scent of marijuana to which took us a great deal of time to manage and prepare the room for our next guests.
Beautiful experience with my wonderful wife. We only spent one night there but it was absolutely perfect!! Very quaint and couples friendly. The best part was that the pool stays open 24/7!!
Excellent hotel, excellent staff, excellent service. So happy to have stumbled upon this gem! So looking forward to returning soon.
This is our second stay here and I love this quaint and lovely hotel. Every time I walk through the door, I feel like I hear the guitars start up for the song, “Hotel California.” The staff is very attentive and pleasant. The rooms are immaculate and well-kept. It is so conveniently located to the downtown area with so many amenities, shops and restaurants within walking distance. I have stayed at a larger hotel in Palm Springs but this one is my favorite.
