A atendente demorou muuuito para aparecer na recepção no check in, ficamos no 2º andar, sem elevador e sem ninguém para ajudar levar a bagagem! Na saída a mesma coisa, apesar dos funcionários assistirem a dificuldade! E para finalizar, o checkout era as 11hs, sem possibilidade de extensão ou de deixar as mala... Tivemos q levar conosco, causando transtornos com coisas perecíveis! Má vontade geral.... Péssimo!
Beautiful hotel. Our room was newly remodeled and very comfortable.Very friendly staff. Free off-street parking. A secret hide-away in the center of all the action. We loved it and will return.
