Received birthday flowers 3 days after Easter and they looked like they were left over from Easter. Flowers looked dead in a tacky basket. I left her a msg and she replied she'd make a new arrangement. It was delivered the next day to another disappointed arrangement, a fraction of flowers. Extremely disappointed. I received other flowers that day and they were beautiful. Won't be recommending this florist (?)
