I cannot say enough good things about Andrea. She has helped me so much in a very loving, compassionate way, and helped me learn to support myself and practice excellent self care. Her office is a warm, cozy haven and her energy is so welcoming, gentle and kind. I am very grateful she was in the list of EAP providers at my job, when I was going through a hard time. I was struggling with sleep after a family trauma. Under Andrea’s care we were able to walk through my underlying tiggers and create a plan for a more well balanced life. She is truly compassionate in her work and I would recommended her to anyone needing an ear, and well educated guidance to cope with anything!
