It was difficult to get initial appointment with Dr. Gray (long wait), but after becoming an established patient, things have gone smoothly. Current front desk receptionist is efficient and nice (seems like there have been problems in the past). Glasses prescriptions have been good and the fellow who handles them is competent and friendly.
Dr Gray has taken great care of me and my eyes, She has done Cataract surgery on both my eyes, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a Specialist or just an eye exam. Her office staff is top notch, especially Chris who will help you with your glasses.
Nice selection of frames, but that is it. My family has had nothing but issues with Dr. Grays office. For some reason the women at the front desk are rude, even when calling, unprofessional and irratating. Wait times are excruciating, and they over charge! Will never step foot in there again!
After having visited two male practitioners and dealing unsuccessfully for 8 months with intensely irritated itchy dry red eyes and avoiding use of eye make up, I decided that perhaps a female ophthalmologist might have more insight into my eye issues. I found Dr Gray to be very understanding and knowledgeable of my condition and she explained how other factors contributed to my discomfort. And she said I can help you. I am amazed at the improvement and I appreciate her knowledge and concern.
Dr. Gray is the top choice in southern Oregon in my family's opinion. From the first time you enter her office? the staff greets you promptly and pleasantly. Very short wait until you are taken back to the examination rooms and seen. Dr. Gray takes the time to thoroughly explain things and answer any questions. I never feel neglected or rushed in her facility. Nothing but competent, caring and compassionate professional eye Care.
