It was a horrible experience with Dr Tieng both my egd and colonoscopy went horrible. I was not in a twilight. I choose her as I send my own patients to her. Never again will I recommend her.
Dr. Tieng is a fantastic doctor. She takes her time, remembers important personal health history, and finds solutions. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Tieng was awesome! Didn’t really get to talk to her much but she did take the time to see me after procedures. Unfortunately, not very happy with her front staff Pam’s professionalism. She did apologize but didn’t sound sincere. Dr. Tieng if you read this, take it into consideration that your staff also represents you. I’ve read all your other ratings & have no complaints about your work. You did a great job & listened to me.
Horrible customer service, wouldn't answer my call so I had to show up to they're office to make an appointment, ended up getting a new referral to a new doctor,if they can't even answer a phone , who knows how they treat you went you get treated by them .
Dr. Tieng was extremely helpful, very thorough and answered my questions & concerns. No run around, straight to the point and all in a timely manner. She explained all the options, explained the details (for my situation) and did not leave me with any lingering concerns. Her staff was very nice and accommodating to scheduling my appointment.
