They closed down without letting their patients know, I arrived for my appointment today. I've waited 4 months for this appointment since January, I can barely breath & swallow from a neck tumor. I will not only be leaving a review here, but I will be filing a complaint with the California medical board. No wonder why they have 2 star reviews. Completely & horribly unprofessional.
My wife had a 10:00 AM appointment today, March 13th, 2026, but upon arrival, we were told Dr. Tieng had not yet arrived. There were already five patients ahead of us, with an estimated wait time of 3–4 hours. Because we had to pick up our kids at 2:30 PM, we were forced to cancel. After seeing other negative reviews, we actually feel relieved that we didn’t proceed. Very disappointed in the lack of respect for patients' time.
my primary doctor referred me to this GI doctor but this doctor was very unprofessional they rescheduled me 2 days before the appointment, I already made the appointment with them 1 month or 2 months before but they suddenly rescheduled even on the same day but at a different time and i already have something to do in the afternoon.
It was a horrible experience with Dr Tieng both my egd and colonoscopy went horrible. I was not in a twilight. I choose her as I send my own patients to her. Never again will I recommend her.
Dr. Tieng is a fantastic doctor. She takes her time, remembers important personal health history, and finds solutions. I highly recommend her.
