She and her staff are incredibly patient, kind, and understanding! I have had the worst time getting my stomach to accept the solution I need to drink to have my colonoscopy. I’ve tried 2 methods and am on my 3rd try. I should be good with this tablets. I also had my Endoscopy done by Dr Tieng. She is very nice and made me feel comfortable before and after the procedure. I was dollowing up after being discharged from the hospital, due to a foot infection. When we were talking she asked if I had atarted my go c treat t ment . and I asvised he no that I didnt get a call for an appointment to the treatment cwnter that was. Close enough for me go go to and that I had requested she be the one to provide my treatment for hep c. And was told I w out is receive a letter on the decision when it was made in acouple of weeks. Dr. Tieng is the best, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend visiting her office if you are suffering from any gastrointestinal issues. Overall pleasant experience, from start to finish.
I have a complicated GI problem and have had to see doctors while traveling. As a result, I've interacted with numerous GI drs over time. Dr. Tieng was very impressive. I would highly recommend her based on her knowledge and bedside manner.
