Empathy and professionalism, always feel heard. Excellent care from the doctor and her team.
From the get go, the office staff was friendly and prompt and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The nurse, Meghan was delightful and professional. Dr. Sommers listened to me and took the time to truly evaluate my health. I felt like I was in the best hands! Such a positive experience all the way around.
Would not recommend! Total visit time was an hour and half for a simple physical. Had a student dr shadow, except has them come in first and then have to answer questions again. Doesn't give full explanations. Also, I know my body! Wasted my time with an exam and then how she dispensed medication - can't even get a refill until after the directions she gave when she should have just dispensed the meds like normal since I know my own body! She was very thorough, takes time to listen & doesn’t rush you.
Dr. Sommers is EXCELLENT. She is patient, attentive and thoroughly goes all the information needed before making a diagnosis. She is so responsive to emails and texts. I just moved to Florida and her medical practice has been a "god send" for me.
