I NEVER leave bad reviews, however, I feel like this one is necessary. I had an appointment at 1:30, got called back within minutes- the first person called back. The dr wasn’t even there until 2 walked in talking about how bad traffic was, she went into the room beside me. Didn’t come to see me until 2:45. I had a new insurance card so she did an eye exam then dilated my eyes and told me to go get my card and take it upfront then she would look at my eyes again and get me contacts. Went in for an eye exam in October. Waited 6 weeks for my glasses to come back in the wrong prescription they reset them off come back wrong prescription again made a new appointment. In February? Just to have her get an attitude and huffand puff at because I had my original prescription on while doing the eye exam. Then being towed after an hour and 15 minutes that I needed to wait a few more minutes for another patient. Dr. Simms is very helpful, and she really cares about her patients. With eye injuries, she works as pain-free as possible, and very gentle. She knows what to do.
