First to Review My 2 daughters saw dr . Syed Husain Hamzavi and his P.A. Jenny M. for Mild Acne. He was not interested in listening to our concerns whatsoever. He offered no options. He is the most uncaring doctor that I have ever met. The doctor discussed his drug from across the room, never looking at the patient. It was merely a sales transaction to him. I regret that I did not do my homework before hiring a doctor to take care for my precious family. This is healthcare at its worst!!!
No complaints against the doctor herself, but the staff was terrible. Multiple mistakes were made in the medical record, prescription was fouled up, and they billed insurance for procedures that weren't done.
I have never seen this doctor but have seen Doctor kartono and Doctor Reiss. I have confidence in both. I have attended the clinics in Brighton and Canton and I find horrific service in both. I have wait half hour to an hour numerous times in the last year and haven't received so much as remorse for them being on time.
Dr. Hamzavi was not very interested in listening to my conserns. After he saw my adult acne from a distance (3 feet away), with in 15 seconds he requested 3 shots for me and tried put me on 6 different prescriptions. Also, they wanted me to sign a concent form to get on a steroids right away. After doing my research I found out, the shots were not good for my hormone levels. I called him out on it and he said then dont take them without any further treatment. Worse experience ever.
