Just finished working with Andrea to buy a new home in the East Bay. Andrea actively represented a slumlord in Oakland who was refusing to address a rat infestation and instead tried to sell the property. Andrea's listing made statements about the property that I clearly saw as false and misleading, and, instead of correcting the statements, Andrea became extremely contentious. This enabled the property owner to continue being grossly negligent with the property in their constructive eviction efforts to make it easier to sell the property.
