Dr. Andrea Raymond takes her time during appointments — I never feel rushed or like just another patient on a schedule. She listens carefully, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I fully understand everything. That same thoughtful approach is true of the entire office. I’ve only ever had great experiences with Dr. Raymond and the entire staff at Austin Regional Clinic - Neuro Department. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely caring.
I felt Dr Raymond was very thorough and took great care with her explanation about my condition.
Dr was very quick to dismiss my symptoms without further testing or getting to know me…merely suggested cognitive behavioral therapy for neurological symptoms. Second opinion do a battery of blood tests and spinal tap which revealed that I have untreated Lyme disease
