Would not recommend visiting this practice as you will wait 45 min - 1hr for a 5 minute rushed visit for your child and you will get billed big dollars. She will also send you to the DME services store on the premises that will bill you and your insurance 4 times the cost of the brace on their website or amazon. The cost of deductible is higher than the cost of the brace directly purchased from the vendor. Nobody will explain this to you and they will dismiss you when you have questions. Had a great experience with Dr. Kramer. Was really great with our kid and spent time explaining what she saw and answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible doctor. We waited in the exam room for nearly 45 minutes. When she arrived in the exam room she never said oh I'm so sorry for your wait she just looked at us and then said what are you here for. I couldn't believe after 10 minutes she said no your daughter's problem isn't what her that, speaking of what her Rheumatologist of 4 years had diagnosed and sent us on our way. I was livid. Dr Kramer made us wait almost an hour to be seen. She did not listen. She rushed us through, barely looked at the MRI, was flippant and dismissive of my son's injury. She completely misdiagnosed the injury -- my son needed surgery and a completely different course of treatment.

Did not take the time to answer questions thoroughly. Was dismissive of my questions as if they were frivolous. Did not seem generally concerned are about my child. Does not care if patients have access to required medical supplies she says are needed for treatment. Will not go back to this practice or to her.

Doctor Andrea Kramer is an outstanding Orthopedic Surgery physician! Doctor Kramer treated my son for his broken arm. She made the most optimal decisions related to my son”s treatment, and he recovered completely, without any complications, as a result of her care! We believe that Doctor Kramer truly cared about my son”s well-being, and we felt extremely confident that he received the best medical care possible! I highly recommend Doctor Kramer - she is an excellent Orthopedic Surgeon!

Dr Kramer is an excellent Doctor. Her time management skills are horrible. I have waited at least an hour for her at every appointment. It's really frustrating

We were referred to Dr. Kramer 15 years ago because my daughter has one leg that is 3/4" shorter than the other. It was not a thorough exam and she diagnosed my then 11 year old with scoliosis and recommended a shoe lift. Fast forward to today. She is now 27 years old and has been having terrible hip pain and was diagnosis with perthes disease that should have been detected during adolescence. Kramer missed this and my daughter just had major hip dysphasia surgery that could have been avoided.

Although the wait may be long, Dr Kramer is worth it. Every time we have seen her, she has taken her time with my children and made sure we all understood what she was saying. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient.
