I’m very disappointed with my experience renting at this apartment. We’ve submitted three maintenance requests: • One over a month ago • One more than 20 days ago • One a week ago None of them have been addressed. The roof is leaking badly—it even looks like it might collapse soon. Despite the serious issue, management has shown zero concern. Yet, if you’re even 8 hours late on rent, they charge a $65 penalty. It’s no surprise that many tenants are leaving—now I understand why. Please reconsider before renting this property.... read more
