Hospitalized 07/13 for severe sepsis caused by a UTI. Dr. Andrea Ortiz ordered a UA 06/20/25 and went on vacation without reviewing the results! Bladder infection and kidney infection from VCUG 09/25 no UA done prior to procedure. UA done on Sterile water used for the procedure! Was told antibiotics would be sent to the pharmacy. They were not. Dr. Ortiz ignored my calls all of October and November. In December she said that the UA on the STERILE water was negative ignoring my calls for over two months.
