Stay Away Stay away! My husband and I have been State Farm customers for over 15 years. We have had 3 agents, during this time; Andrea Olson, by far, is the worst. Her team mate, Doreen, eliminated coverage when I didn't ask for it to be changed. Then when it came time to use it, it wasn't there. The final straw was when Andrea finally did admit to the mistake- she lied to me and stuck me with a $700 bill.
