They have went down hill and do not want to take care of their patients because Dr Andrea Schindler retired.
Northwest Medical group is my go to medical group. The staff is great and have been going to Dr. Schindler for many years and is an amazing doctor. She is retiring next month but has moved her patients to a new female doctor with her sane practices. NW Medical group gets 5 stars from me.
Went in for a well visit. Dr.was ok. Answered questions she asked. Got billed for two visits because the questions I answered were considered “pre-existing conditions (asthma, etc.)
Dr Schindler has been our PCP for 19 years... we have always relied on her judgment and have never been disappointed. Dr Schindler's "beside manners" are fantastic - she is a warm and caring individual who can be stern when necessary! The office staff reflects Dr Schindler's professionalism and caring attitude... they follow up with phone calls re: test results, questionable issues, obtain or deliver whatever information is in order.
