Fantastic class. Every part of my body was activated. Candice brought the energy and the motivation. This class will be a permanent part of my routine. See you next Sunday. I love FLX Move Pilates.
I always wanted to try pilates, but was intimidated by the very idea. The teachers are fabulous and you can "up" any work out or find accommodation if you need it.

FLX Move Pilates has truly been such an amazing place to be a part of. I’ve been going there since they opened in 2024, and it has become the best community. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and supportive. Andrea is incredible and has created such a positive, uplifting environment. All of the instructors are amazing as well—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely caring. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and happier. I’m so grateful to have found this studio and can’t recommend it enough!
