I feel compelled to leave this review after my recent experience. I've received excellent service from Adam and his team prior to, but my recent call about our State Farm homeowner's policy was disappointing. A discourteous woman dismissively responded, "depends on your question," when I greeted her. She claimed unfamiliarity with homeowner's policies and put me on hold, later jumping back stating I wasn't in the system despite our long history with State Farm.
