I brought my 11 year old daughter to the clinic for the regular hygiene visit. We first saw hygienist and waited for the Dr. for more than 25 minutes. No apologies given for the delay and she was not professional as she was only talking to my 11 year old daughter about molars coming out and the need to wiggle out the baby teeth.
