My daughter had tonsils removed and there has been no follow up. I’ve have made several appointments mentioning that she is still coughing up chunks of colored mucus and blood. No one has cared to give us a call back nor any follow up. Last year we were in a car accident. Doctor did give a referral . Thank you. At the rehabilitation my daughter could not do the exercises. We’ve been going to Dr. Logan’s office for almost a year, and the staff has always been welcoming. There have been several times I’ve reached out for assistance (such as doctor’s letters, school notes, or referrals), and I truly appreciate how helpful and responsive the team has been. One area where there may be an opportunity for improvement is the medication and communication process for new prescriptions and refills. My daughter has gone here for the last 3.5 years. The care is great, the staff are all excellent, always easy to make an appt.
Dr. Logan took care of our son with such care and grace! As new parents she was everything we could have asked for!
This is my grand daughter's doctor and all the times we've visited (probably 6 at this point) the entire team has been excellent. They are very attentive, listen critically, and make reasoned care recommendations and decisions based on the concerns and evidence. Very happy my grand daughter has such a lovely medical team.
