Lazy carrying nurse Ray only seen my mother twice during his shift. TWICE!!! during an 8 or more hour shift.. And that's only one nurse I know out of the 5 days my mother has been there. My 3rd day visit my mother looked dehydrated, lip dry and chapped, she drank water like she was dying of thirst. Her body was shaking with spasms. First time I seen that ever... She has laid in her bed since she was admitted... it's now 6 days without movement or therapy. Neglect? Is this not a rehab place? More to come unfortunately.
