Dr. Kalus is probably a great doctor, but her office is chaos which made my experience terrible. In my second appointment, I waited for Dr. Kalus for about 1.5 hours before she came in for a 3 minute appointment. Her office then sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, which was completely inconvenient to me. Then, they didn't update the label on the medication so that my insurance wouldn't pay for it because they thought i still had remaining medication, which I did NOT. Dr. Kalus has been my Dermatologist for many years and she has always been friendly and she listens well. I thoroughly trust her decisions. She has helped me with my health condition and now since starting treatment, I no longer need to use a medication for it.
Dr. Kalus is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand your care. She is also very compassionate. She noticed before anyone else a mole that looked a little funny, and we ended up catching it before it became a problem.
Dr. Kalus is very knowledgeable and thorough. She takes as much time as necessary with you.
