Very disappointed! Dr. Long is great and does a thorough exam. However, I had a bad experience with how the office manages their claims. I had about 3 visits earlier this year and had not met my deductible. The receptionist asked me to pay the full cost for my exam and told me that it would be filed towards my deductible. After two months, I noticed the claim had not been filed, and I called the receptionist and she told me their system was down and that it would be filed soon.
