A great experience. Dr. Kropf listened to my concerns, took a thorough medical history and performed a thorough eye exam. Dr. Kropf gave me the time I needed to feel heard and understood. I appreciate that.
Andrea is amazing with all ages.. before her, we had an awful experience. She is warm and welcoming and her staff is literally the best. They are all compassionate and helpful. My son is now 10 and safe to say he still loves going to the eye doctor (and loves to bring her cookies too!) Thank you to Andrea and staff for all you do to make your patients feel comfortable.
I do not recommend this practice at all.
She is the best. She didn’t have the time to see my son so she told me to send pics and then she fixed the problem over the phone, amazing service!
