She is the best. She didn’t have the time to see my son so she told me to send pics and then she fixed the problem over the phone, amazing service!
Dr. Kropf is the Best! She is smart, personable, caring, and knows her stuff. I recommend anyone seeking eye care for there kids, or for themselves to go to Raymond Opticians in Somers to see her. The staff is wonderful, the office is beautiful and clean! Thank you for such a lovely experience for my little Indy! She’s still talking about it!
Dr. Kropf is kind, caring, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. After a bad experience with another doctor with my 11 yr old son, Dr. Kropf was highly recommended by a friend. I called her office and relayed our situation and experience with the previous doctor to the receptionist, who was also terrific and took the time to hear all the details of my son's situation. I was filling out the required paper work for my appointment for about 15 minutes when the receptionist began to throw a fit and raise her voice with me because I wasn't filling it out as fast as she wanted, so I promptly left. I cannot vouch for the doctor, as I never got a chance to have my appointment. This is probably the worst experience I have had with a receptionist, or anyone in a professional setting for that matter, so I wouldn't recommend coming here if you’re looking for good customer service.
