The balanced body is a great place for all of your massage needs. I have seen more than one of their RMTs, and each time feel relaxed and any sore muscles or areas I needed more focus on felt much better. This last visit I seen Tina, and I was very happy with my massage. Thank you!

Had my massage with Tina… didnt leave feeling relaxed or loose or like i’d had a massage at all. Left feeling sore and bruised- one day later, I’m more sore and stiff than when i went in. Didn’t experience that muscle kneading i had experienced with my old RMT, just a lot of pressing of knuckles and arm sliding.. Dont like being massaged with knuckles. Going to keep looking for an RMT - wont be back here I’m afraid.
I’m a 55 year old man who has enjoyed his first massage yesterday with Kelsey. At the beginning of our session, Kelsey explained everything to me about how our session would go. It was truly amazing. She asked me many questions first and tailored my massages accordingly. She also gave me stretches to do at home which I did today and I feel as good as I did yesterday!
