I would leave a zero rating but can't. Never been to a doctor that never has same staff every time. Only see andrea every 6 months for check up. Nurses are never the same someone new eveytime. Also last 2 six months check ups are canceled do to her. Not me. Then being told cant get refills on meds unless come in to see doc. I would go see her if she didn't cancel everything I have a appointment. Was told insurance won't cover refills without proof of being seen. Andrea and everyone who works with her are absolutely amazing. They have always listened to my concerns and worked with me to find out a resolution to all my medical issues. I'm very grateful for them!
Terrible care and lack of attention to medical conditions and detail. I was left without medication due to her negligence. I am contacting her supervising doctor and have already made an appointment with a new Dr which is why she is refusing to refill my medication. This is the second time she has left me without care.
Rude, unprofessional, judgemental, vindictive and incompetent.
