We rented a house from Andrea Fulbright Santos in Visalia from June to August and it was one of the worst experiences. When we first arrived at the house, we took a video of the house when we arrived and before we left in case Andrea tried to make false claims. After reading someone else’s comments that she was racist, it definitely worried us so we made sure to take extra precautions. The type of foul mouthed language used by Andrea in her review of herself is a direct reflection of the type of person she is. Telling lies in retaliation for a high air conditioning bill. Sad.

I am writing myself a review as a response to a disgruntled airbnb guest's bad review of my Real Estate Serviced despite my never having served her. Demi S. You were a filthy pig. You never once told me about bugs. You told me you heard something in the attic and with less than a week left I reserved my investigation for when you had vacated. Andrea Fulbright Santos is the worst real estate agent in the state of California. She rented us a house in Visalia with multiple problems that she hid and I will list them here. 1. There was a roach, mouse, and carpenter ant infestation which we had to take care of ourself. When Andrea was notified, she said "ok thanks" and did nothing about it.
