I scheduled an appointment with Andrea on Thursday December 28th. She has “pushed” the time and day of my appointment 6 times in three days and now I am sitting at the salon for my 3:45 appointment and she has not shown up. Not sure where all those positive reviews are from but she is incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. Not sure how you run a business and don’t show up for an appointment at a time she picked.

Scheduled a Signature Italian Pedicure, but she canceled about 6 hours before our time due to a personal matter, which is understandable. She offered a new time at 9 am a couple of days later. I showed up just before 9 and waited for 45 minutes, texting her 3 times with no response, we had been communicating via text to this point. When I arrived home I checked my emails and noticed she canceled 2 hours before our time. First for someone that has a 12-hour cancel policy to cancel twice well within the 12 hours is funny. Had a Groupon. Made an appointment. Received a text saying car trouble. Rescheduled for the following day. Received text wasn’t feeling well. Waste of money. Extremely disappointed. Never used the Groupon. Negative stars.
