I also complained about the front desk staff person Marisol or whatever her name is and was then sent a letter that they no longer wanted my business and to find a new Dr. Drive to Rockwall folks..Texas Health systems is by far superior in service...this place is a joke...my new Dr has sent 4 requests in the past year for my records and this place just doesnt respond...I think that's probably illegal holding on and not providing my medical history at my request to my new Dr but either way skip this place there is better opti... read more
