Incredibly helpful and knowledgable, but still really down-to-earth and genuine. She gave specific advice and help for my situation for me in my career/relationship issues and her therapists on staff are amazing, I bring both my children there (age 4 and 13, one with autism, the other with family issues). The offices are in a big old house, so its very comfortable and nonthreatening for kids (and me).
