Terrible is an understatement. I spoke to the office staff prior to my appointment and they said they could fill all my medications except one, which I was okay with. When I arrived for my appointment, the front office staff was rude the moment I walked in. She was short, talked to me like I was stupid, and did not effectively communicate. The LVN was incredible!!!! And extremely personable. However, Dr. Ford was terrible.
