Unfortunately, Dr. Germond did not meet our expectations. The portal provider notes of his time in the hospital of our father were incorrect. We found that she made up some information to add that was not factual. She does not have her clients best interest at heart, also does not consult with the other Specialists when needed prior to discontinuing a patience heart medication, etc. She makes fast decisions and does not listen to the patients family who are the primary caregivers who know the patient best.
