I've never worked directly with this Broker, but was interested in a property that they have listed. My Realtor scheduled a showing on a Tuesday afternoon where both my wife and I had to re-arrange our schedules, leave work calls early and drive 30 minutes to the showing. After an uncomfortable interaction with the confused owners, our Realtor confirmed that "The owners accepted a cash offer this past weekend."
