Unresponsive – They don't return phone calls. They don't get anything done. They keep passing the buck & are extremely rude on those rare occasions when you get them on the phone. Other shareholders agree & we are trying to get them replaced.

Rude – One of the buidlings has been undergoing DAILY construction that is very LOUD for OVER A YEAR and the managment company won't answer questions about which days the construction will be happening (whether it will be on holidays) and when it might end. While I understand that renovations and construction are necessary, yet they have no respect for people who need to work from home and plan their schedules accordingly. Andrea Bunis herself was rude and yelled at me for inquiring about the dates of construction.

outstanding condo managers – Fabulous people to work with. Great emergency response and availability.They have a knack for knowing what is really going on in our condo building and are ahead of the curve on all our issues. Very detail oriented managers. Most professional agents we have ever dealt with.

Reliable Management – They are the first company that can really handle our board. They have been great at handling contracts. Most important, someone always gets back to you when they say they will and that person can answer any question or will get you the answer right away.

A great team – I own apartments in several cities and I wish all of them could be managed by Andrea Bunis Management. I can reach someone any time of the day or night and any concern I have is handled by someone who knows what they are doing.

A great property manager for our 40 unit condo – We were referred to Andrea Bunis Management by both our CPA and attorney. We were impressed during the interview and walk through of our building. They have treated us in a first class manner in every area. Our prior managing agent treated us as an afterthought and second class client (even though units in our building trade in the low seven figures!) and they were not available. Excellent professional property managers. – Andrea Bunis Management handles our 62 unit condo in NYC and have proven to be capable and responsive managers. They got our elevators running right after more than a few go rounds with the service contractor and they know their numbers on the financials. Would highly recommend this firm without reservation.

very hands-on detailed oriented property managers – They are the managing agents for our 282 unit condominium and have worked very hard for the condo buyers with certain issues with the developer. They really know their business-our cpa and attorney should be so easy to work with and as results oriented. Quality group of people.

Top notch managing agents – Bunis Management are the agents for our 72 unit co-op in manhattan and do a fine job. Our Board totally respects the work they do and the residents are very pleased with the noticeable turnaround in our building compared to the service (lack of) from our last agent.
