Have been statefarm customer for about 5yrs and am very content and satisfied with service provided by both statefarm and Andrea's team, specifically Donna, for all my insurance needs.
Alanna is very responsive to my requests which sometimes can be frustrating and she does it with a great attitude in a fast period of time.
Andrea and her team have provided me excellent insurance service over the years. Whether it is assistance with a claim or a request for documentation, I can always rely on them to work quickly to help me.
I have been with this agent for years now because of the personal attention Donna (who works in the office) gives me. She is always eager to get my questions answered, recommends adjustments to my policies (without over selling me) and is patient giving me quotes on the numerous vehicles I’m considering. She is not only polite and efficient but she is quick to respond to my questions and concern. Thank you Donna for the high level of service you provide, which has kept me as a loyal client for years
