Andrea made it so easy to find our first home! We started out knowing just about nothing about the process and she walked us through step by step to make sure we understood what was going on. She was able to work with us to find a nice area with a good school district for our daughter, as well as recommend local lenders and contractors. Even though my husband was the only one physically in the area to look at the houses, I always felt included in the process and was able to attend showings over Facetime from our home state.
I am so grateful to have had the privilege of working with Andrea in the sale of my house in Columbus, OH. Andrea made this process as stress free as possible for me as I had to relocate prior to the sale. She went out of her way and made connecting with contractors and other personnel critical for doing some repairs (while meeting deadlines) very efficient and smooth for me, and I could always trust it was happening in a timely and appropriately manner even-though I was not present on site.
