Absolutely terrible experience with Andrea Andrada, owner of Coppola Realty. I spent nearly a month trying to schedule a simple condo viewing, and communication was nonexistent. She ignores texts and emails, and only responds after multiple follow-ups—if she responds at all. Great service! Had a very nice experience here. The staff is so professional. They are straight to the point and I appreciate them helping me start my first buyer experience.Hopefully things work out!
My experiences as a renter from this group has been nothing but negative. The landlord is nothing but combative, dismissive, and non attentive to the customers concerns, trying to steal $1800 out of my security deposit to “ paint and clean ” , once disputed they ignored all of my email and phone calls and called the police, which finally allowed me to have the option to have my own independent contractor give an estimate.
