Look elsewhere. His anxiety seems to be an issue when sticking needles where they shouldn’t go.
My son said that the doctor was out of his mind" when he learned that Dr. Strizhak prescribed melatonin for my headaches. After the headaches were gone for good, i realized that someone else was out of his mind. It was the doctor who treated me with prednisone for 5 years. Dr. Strizhak is a true professional!
I was treated for epilepsy for years. Finally I was told that I needed a surgery. There was more to it – I could have problems with speech after surgery. I went for second opinion to Dr. Strizhak. Initially I was frustrated because he insisted that I’d come back only after having a list of every single drug I’d ever tried. His efforts paid off well. I take just one medication and not a single seizure for a year by now! I am very thankful to Dr. Strizhak.
Well-organized practice. Minimum paperwork and I spent no time in the waiting room. I saw Dr. Strizhak for second opinion. Dr. Strizhak clearly stated all the pros and cons and it’s pretty much clear what the future holds for me. Highly recommend.
Very disappointing...spent more time charting in his computer than listening to my concerns...I left the office feeling worse than before ( nothing was prescribed for my discomfort) Lacking compassion for sure! The only thing he was able to do was print out and refer me for an imaging study...will certainly not be returning!!!!
My Dad was diagnosed with Parkinson a couple of years ago... then he started shaking... and see things... then psychiatrist... then another neurologist and Huntington disease... then nursing home... Then all that was over... just by mere accident, from the nursing home he was sent for neurology consultation to doctor Strizhak. He simply stopped drugs for Parkinson and my Dad came back to senses in a couple of days...
Dr. Strizhak took the time to answer all my questions regarding my results from a MRI. My communication with Dr. Strizhak was by email. His responses to my questions were answered quickly and were concise. I am grateful I took the time to reach out to him.
Awesome. Two conditions successfully addressed. Explained everything thoroughly and spends as much time as necessary with you. Very direct in his communication style.
