We rented an apartment from Andre during the pandemic, and we did not have the best experience. He is definitely a reason why people usually don´t trust real estate agents. They only allowed unaccompanied viewings, so we never actually met Andre in person. The super let us in and explained the building amenities to us. All the communication went through email, phone, and text. It was very frustrating working with him, as he didn´t seem to have a lot of knowledge about the building.
