Very terrible. I got into a car accident which wasn’t my fault. I got a new car and told my agent about transferring my policy and instead of transferring my policy it was cancelled. I had back surgery after and then a week after surgery I received mail from the dmv that my license was suspended. I thought state farm should have its customers back and I been a customer here for years! Never missed a payment! This agency does not return messages. Does not handle policies proficiently. Very bad experience. Stay away.

Gaby, Diana and the rest of the staff are very so very helpful and very responsive and it is a pleasure to deal with everyone in the office. In addition to being warm and welcoming, they are very good at communicating and making sure there are no issues with the policies! This business office is invaluable to me and my family, thank you!
