Dr. Ross and the entire staff at the Martinsville location were absolutely incredible. Right off the bat I was impressed by their friendliness and helpfulness. I came in today to have a last-minute procedure done, which made me very woozy and queasy. Dr. Ross and all staff immediately helped me to feel more comfortable and at ease. The procedure itself was done very professionally and quickly - I was talked through it as much as I wanted to be. Despite my nauseousness, this 1000% was my best medical visit ever.
