This was an initial meeting with Dr Jakoi to discuss possible ba k surgery for an issue I have had for 31 years. He was well prepared for the visit and discused the options that were available to me. I have been talking to three different surgeons for my procedure. After my initial visit, I am confident that Dr Jakoi is the right surgeon for me.
Enjoyed Dr Jakoi very much. He provided great information to us; we felt so comfortable with him and very confident that he will help with the issue we are facing.
Dr. Jakoi is very caring and understanding. His amazing skill as a surgeon has resulted in an outcome far superior to what I had hoped for and my quality of life is restored. He explains things with patience until you understand. Never in a hurry or dismissive. I 100% recommend Dr. Jakoi and his team. It is worth the wait to get on his schedule! My surgery was lower lumbar: 2 lamenectomy’s & a fusion.
After a 10 month wait (with 3 cancellations by the office), we finally got an appointment! We needed a new MRI and PT so we saw the NP instead of the Dr. She was very good..did an exam, very informative, and informed us of possible future treatments. The office visit was fine, but not ok with waiting 10 months to get in.. especially when the office cancels and reschedules us 3 times.
Dr. Jakoi was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about my condition. He answered all my questions and releaved a lot of my concerns.
