I have found the doctors and staff at Medical Hills to be outstanding. I have seen Dr Kindred and Dr. Cochran in the past, but my primary physician has been Dr. Francois for the past 5 years or so. He is very detail oriented and attentive to my health needs. Excellent physician.

After expressing my depression and overall sadness whilst working in a maximum security penitentiary I came to Andre for help. I wanted a a referral to mental health treatment. Instead he gave me an 8 question piece of paper to answer. After I filled it out without any conversation at all I was prescribed Zoloft. I was told “we’ll try this out and see how it works.” This “doctor” is a drug dealer. Their goal is to see as many people a day as possible and get as many People on meds as possible. Absolutely shameful.

This doctor and practice are not to be trusted. I have been a loyal patient for 7 years and was let go over a 5 dollar bill.. Dr F is a very nice man but since he sold out to Christie it has changed. Late, rushed visits, no real solutions just referrals to other Carle/Christie doctors. Walk ins are treated before those with appointments. When one tries to complain they are referred to the RISK MANAGEMENT group. No customer service to be had. A once proud practice in ruins.
