I have two children who go to Dr. Hendrix and our experience has been fabulous. From the friendly and caring staff to the positive energy that Dr. Hendrix exudes, it's actually fun for my kids to go to the orthodontist. :) Most importantly, the end result is great. My son just got his braces off and his teeth look perfect. We highly recommend Dr. Hendrix and his team.

I have always felt self-conscious about my teeth to the point that I avoided an open-mouth smile. My dentist encouraged me to look into it and recommended Dr. Hendrix as the premier orthodontists in the area. While I was apprehensive about wearing braces at my age, I found the overall process much less painful and cumbersome than expected. Very few people even noticed I was wearing them. I do not recommend Dr. Jennifer to anyone. I’ve never written a negative review about anything in my life, but this is how frustrated I am. Throughout the yearlong Invisalign process I was not seen by an actual orthodontist (Dr. Jennifer, supposedly) a single time. At each appointment I was told something completely different about my treatment to what I was told the last time. Dr. Jennifer should spend less time marketing and more time with her patients. Twice now I've asked questions of the assistants that they are unable to answer but they will not let me speak to Dr. Jennifer. They say they will find out the answer and someone will contact me, but no one does. Once her personal assistant (who is not an orthodontist) spoke to me and was a go-between between myself and Dr. J but I was still unable to get the answers I wanted because of the assistant's limited knowledge and experience. I could not have had a better experience. As an adult, I was at first concerned about getting braces which were in fact badly needed. Dr. Miller is outstanding and updated me every step of the way. The office staff is extremely efficient; I was never kept waiting for my appointments. The braces were removed today and I can not get over the difference. Five stars is your limit but I'd give this experience 6 stars if I could.

CAUTION! When you receive contract/agreed treatment plan and pricing that is not necessarily what Jennifer will follow through with. Our agreement, highlighted on their form with FULL payment for partial braces and upper expander. After completing upper expander treatment & waiting for baby teeth on lower to fall out. Well, our daughter's are extremely slow. 18 months later they did another evaluation, still wasn't ready, but gave me a quote for FULL braces when all her baby teeth have fallen out. We have three children receiving treatment from McMillian Orthodontics. The staff is friendly and takes care of all our needs in a timely manner and Dr McMillian and Dr Matt are always professional, helpful, and genuinely happy to see us. In addition, Dr. McMillian has gone above and beyond helping our family through a challenging time. both of our kids have had braces through Dr. MCCLELLAN. The experience has been amazing from start to finish. My son is incredibly nervous when it comes to any sort of dental work. But he loves Dr. MCCLELLAN‘s office. In fact, when we have to go to the dentist he says he wishes it was the orthodontist instead. I can’t think of higher praise. And on a personal note, I love always being able to get a good cup of coffee while I’m there.
