Dr. Prose treated both of my daughters teeth. My oldest had near perfect teeth. By the time he was done her teeth were worse than when she started and unfortunately have not moved back to their original placement. My younger daughter had a gap in her front teeth and her teeth came out great. After 20 yrs without a retainer they're just showing a slight gap. If I had it to do over again, I would've only had the younger daughters done. I never had any issues with the staff. They were great and Dr. Prose was very likable.

Their “generic” independently made retainers break in 8 months or less and you will pay $200 each time forTheir defective product. Never ending money racket. Now, was told they retainers would prevent hyper eruption post mandibular sarcoma ablation (teeth wrapped in tumor and had to be removed at the age of 6 to). Now, TOP TEETH HYPER ERUPTED and Dr says: “ not sure I can remedy, top teeth may require removal and implants placed there also”. OMG. Please heed my warning.

The staff is very friendly and the pricing was also affordable. I went to three other offices and this is where my child felt most comfortable.
Dr Kozak is fantastic. Having multiple kids work with him he has done a great job and has a fantastic facility and staff
Unfortunately there's no zero star rating here. At the time we engaged Dr Podray, the choice of either invisline-type or traditional bonded retainers were contractually offered upon brace removal. We have a special needs child who struggled with braces for whom only bonded retainers will work. Dr Podray agreed.
