Dr. Andrade's diagnostic thoroughness and surgical skill saved my husband's life. (The surgery in question was an esophagectomy--not a small procedure!) If that were all he offered, we would be deeply grateful. But he was also comforting and encouraging, throughout a very difficult time. We couldn't recommend him more highly. (In the world of "Spinal Tap," we'd give him an 11.)
I had a great experience with surgery with Dr Andrade and had no complaints though your the process . I would highly recommend him .
I had an elective surgery (fundoplication takedown) with Dr. Andrade, who is quite personable, but now my stomach and other parts of my gastrointestinal system are permanently paralyzed (gastroparesis). My ribcage (xiphoid process) was also bent during surgery due to improper placement of surgical devices, which was very painful. I had expected a better outcome from the Chief of Thoracic Surgery at M Health, and didn't feel adequately informed of these risks.
Wonderful, carrying doctor that really cares about his patients. EXCELLENT doctor.
