Wow! I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I've had with these guys. Flexible move in dates, meeting me at the property before I moved in to measure for window treatments, very resposnive to texts and call. And on top of that, the sweetest and most authenitic people you can hope to meet. I highly recommend Andrade Properties.

I have absolutely loved my experience with Andrade Properties! They are so kind and genuine and you can tell they really have passion for what they do! That is reflected within their company. They are always quick to fix things and so personable. I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to live in one of their apartments for my college years, they really are the best in Lawrence! Great people, rent with them!!
I’m almost a year at our current property with them. We moved during the pandemic and they worked with us when we said we are building our credit back up. They are kind and responsive to our needs. The maintenance that comes out is always kind to us and our kids and I can tell they genuinely love making sure we’re doing ok at the property. Coming from a terrible rental situation before, living here is like night and day. I’ll tell anyone to rent from them. They’ve been great.
I’ve had a wonderful experience renting from Andrade Properties. They’re very kind people and quick to respond whenever their tenants/properties need anything. You can tell that they genuinely care about their properties and the people who live in them. I would highly recommend renting from Andrade Properties.
