I Love Andrade Medical Services. Melissa Andrade really cares about here patients I was with her until I relocated and was with her for over 6 years. She listened she helped and she connected me other medical professionals in different areas if I needed them. I highly recommend her and her services!
Was a patient for 3 years, and almost cut her off every other 4-6 months because she would let me run out of ALL of my medication, sometimes for WEEKS at a time. I stopped seeing her this April after she had completely abandoned her original office location with 0 warning and let me run out of pills for the last time with no calls back after 3 weeks cold turkey no meds, and since I came in with allergies she offered to give me a “free checkup” with some of the student doctors she had visiting her new office. We've been seeing Dr. Melissa for years. Almost 8 years actually. I do agree with much of what has been reviewed regrading bedside manner. Dr. Melissa seems to love her patients, in person. And that shows. While in the office you feel like you're the only patient in the world. Once you leave, it's like you don't exist. It's dishonest. Email responses are rare, at best. I have seen Melissa for almost 3 years. If I had written this review 2 years ago, I would have given her 5 stars. Now, she gets one. She and her office staff have basically ghosted me. It was always difficult to get medication refills but I continued to see her because I really liked her and I was improving. But the constant battle and repeated phone messages just to get vital prescriptions was starting to wear on me. A few months ago, I needed refills on meds.
